For Hkg Public Health Projects, one of the first steps in moving forward with a new or rejuvenated public health project is developing a logic model. A good project logic model can help serve as a communication tool to help illustrate project goals and activities, keeps project actions focused and linked to desired objectives, and helps establish appropriate evaluation measures. One of my favorite resources for developing logic models - W.K. Kellogg Foundation Logic Model Development Guide - can be found on the W.K. Kellogg Foundation website www.wkkf.org.
